A condensation of Undying Hope International’s terms of use and disclaimer. The source terms were last updated 25 September 2020. The disclaimer carries the same date.

These terms are an agreement between Undying Hope International and you. They cover your use of the website. By using the website you agree. If you do not agree, please leave it.

Who may use the website

You must be at least 13. If an account is ever offered, you are responsible for activity under it and for telling us about unauthorized use. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of material you submit. You are responsible for its accuracy and for your right to share it. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the website. We may remove material that is unlawful or harmful.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, to harass or defame, to infringe someone else’s rights, to send malware or spam, or to bypass security. We may end access for violations.

Intellectual property

The website, our name, and our logo stay with Undying Hope International or its licensors. You receive no license to copy our marks by merely visiting.

Other services

Gifts are processed by Donorbox and PayPal, and films play from YouTube only after you press them. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

Disclaimer

Views in stories and letters belong to their authors and are not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Information is offered “as is,” without a warranty of completeness. We try to keep it accurate and will correct mistakes when we learn of them. The original disclaimer says the same.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Undying Hope International is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Some places do not allow certain limits. Where that is so, the limits apply only as far as they legally can.

Governing law

The original terms choose the laws of the United States. This condensation does not restate a venue. Questions can come to us directly.

Changes
