A Gift to Share
Raymond Ladu is a brilliant and determined young man whose life turned around when he was offered the Undying Hope scholarship to complete his secondary school education.
This scholarship meant much more than the money; it brought hope, assurance, and the opportunity to direct energy into the future. Raymond grasped this opportunity with appreciation and worked hard in school to excel, finishing his secondary school studies with flying colors while demonstrating great determination, good character, and a desire to succeed.
Raymond’s brilliance is reflected not only in his academic prowess but also in his heart for service. Deeply aware of the support he received, he chose to give back to his community by volunteering as a teacher at a local primary school. There, he teaches Christian Religious Education and English, patiently guiding young learners to help them believe in themselves. He instills confidence in children, imparting good communication skills and virtues that help shape them beyond the classroom.
He is currently awaiting admission to the university with a sense of hope and optimism for what lies ahead. Raymond’s story is a reminder of the significant effects of one such opportunity.
By providing an opportunity for Raymond’s education, a youth has been enabled not only to attain his own desires but also to uplift others around him and, therefore, bring a sense of positive change into the community.
